South Farm Wedding Venue is the perfect setting for a quintessential English Country Wedding. There is so much to enjoy, the enchanting Gardens, the fine old House, and a Barnyard of ancient, lovingly restored buildings.
Ceremonies may be heldindoors in our Old Dairy, Tudor Barn or Drawing Room or outside in our Summerhouse while we can tailor other areas to create the ideal and exclusive wedding reception venue. There is formal seating for 146 and party capacity of 200, with accommodation for 24 and unlimited camping.
We like you to use all the lovely areas of South Farm, you can use the Summerhouse for a perfect outdoor wedding venue, take drinks and have photos on the lawn, enjoy the Wedding Breakfast and speeches in the Tudor Barn and have coffee out on the Terrace whilst watching the sun set.
Our herb garden and smallholding are the source of the freshest seasonal produce imaginable for an astonishingly good Wedding Feast in the Tudor Barn. Whatever the season the grounds delight, the shimmering winter garden, the woodland bulbs in spring, blazing summer colours, gigantic brim-full pots of ever-changing blooms and autumnal gold and crimson leaves.
We take pride in offering more than other wedding reception venues. Guests may stay in our comfortable bedrooms, our unique collection of Romany Caravans and Showman’s Wagons, or bring a tent and camp.
Our elegant buildings and enchanting grounds, totally secluded and set deep in the countryside, provide the perfect backdrop for rustic and boho weddings, both large and small. The setting is exclusive, the style is yours, and we are totally flexible.
